A Pre-Active Status
The timeline begins before Active
First Look is a Northwest MLS status that can last up to 21 days before a home goes Active. Every First Look property is submitted to Northwest MLS.
Seller Controls Visibility
Public display and showing access are separate
The seller decides whether the home appears via IDX, the display of listings on other participating brokerage websites, during First Look, and whether showings happen before Active status.
Access For Member Brokers
The status is shared, not exclusive
Every First Look property is available to Northwest MLS member brokers, like Aditya, even before public display.
If the seller allows showings, request a private First Look tour. Aditya will verify the current instructions and coordinate the appointment.
