How does the First Look Buyer Waitlist work?
Submit your price range, target cities, property type, financing position, and timing. Aditya uses those criteria to review relevant First Look opportunities and contact you when a buyer conversation makes sense.
Does joining guarantee early access or a tour?
No. Every First Look property is available to Northwest MLS member brokers, and the seller controls showing access. The waitlist creates a monitoring process, not a guaranteed match or tour.
Is there a cost to join the waitlist?
There is no fee to submit your criteria. Any future representation terms are discussed separately and documented in the applicable written agreement.
Can I request a lender introduction?
Yes. Select the soft-credit-check lender introduction option on the waitlist if you want Aditya to connect you with a lender.
